Founded in 2016, RESTORE provides independent vocational rehabilitation services throughout Minnesota’s Workers’ Compensation system. We partner with injured workers, attorneys, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers to deliver successful return-to-work outcomes.
We understand that positive results depend on collaboration. That’s why we focus on clear communication and practical solutions. Guided by integrity, empathy, and respect, our experienced team is committed to doing what’s best for every injured worker—every time.
As a smaller firm, we see this as our strength—it allows us to build genuine relationships, stay closely involved in every detail of a claim, and provide hands-on guidance every step of the way.
The Union Construction Workers’ Compensation Program (UCWCP) is an alternative dispute resolution program available to union employers whose union sponsors the program. It provides a collaborative approach to handling workers’ compensation claims in the construction industry. As part of the program, the UCWCP Trustees have established an Exclusive Rehabilitation Consultant Network—a select group of highly experienced Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants (QRCs).
These QRCs are chosen for their professionalism, medical expertise, neutrality, and ability to communicate effectively with physicians, injured workers, employers, and insurers. They also have a strong understanding of the unique demands of the construction industry. Under UCWCP guidelines, only QRCs from this exclusive network may be used to provide statutory rehabilitation services.
RESTORE is proud to have been approved and specially trained within the UCWCP network, and are equipped to coordinate care, facilitate recovery, and support a safe and timely return to work for injured union members and their contractors.

We understand the vital role Minnesota farmers play in our communities — and how challenging it can be when someone gets hurt on the job. Whether you're a farm owner managing the day-to-day or a worker facing an unexpected injury, it’s a tough situation for everyone involved.
Farm work is unique, and so are the needs that come with recovery. While coverage requirements may vary from farm to farm, the need for compassionate, practical support remains the same.
That’s where we come in. Our team offers vocational rehabilitation and counseling services focused on helping individuals recover and return to meaningful work. We work closely with both farmers and insurance partners to create a path forward that builds trust, supports healing, and meets each situation with care.
If you have questions or think we might be able to help, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you.
